Might take you some time to learn it, too... Cause you'll probably fail a few times before you get good at it. Don't get discouraged if you get rebuffed while trying to isolate and escalate... Just smile and change the subject.
Here's the thing to remember: If you've succeeded in isolating her, she's at least comfortable enough around you to go with you... She's a girl, you're a guy... and there's a good chance she WANTS you to escalate. Just don't be creepy, and don't go overboard or do anything inappropriate.
If you've got her on a date already and you're trying to escalate that's WAY easier to wrap your mind around... She's on a DATE with you. She likes you, stupid... Escalate!
