She came here Friday we spoke late into the morning, she had a great time
we went to bed and just slept for three hours couldn't do anything that night anyway...

Sometimes I can go over the top and it comes off either 'Awkward' or 'Too Much'
In the banter section? Sometimes she checks my messages and doesn't reply for ages
and I think "Done it again" anyways boys its happened again would this be a good idea?

Would it be to early to say "I've been thinking about our night Friday, and I do miss you"

If you don't know what to send next, wait for a day or two and invite her out for a date/to have dinner at your place/whatever. If she wants to meet you she will. If she doesn't she won't and you better move on to the next one.
