In my opinion, this is one of the worst feelings in the world. Jealousy.
It eats you inside, it consumes your mind. It simply, sucks.

After my last jealousy encounter, i meditated and reflected deeply into the thoughts and behaviors i was taking. Did it just in time to save a wonderful relationship i had with a beautiful girl, and now she's chasing after me like hot puddin. (yummy?)

My opinion is that people need to embrace jealousy! Jealously lets you know that you really have the ability to love and care for others. Jealousy lets you know that things CAN happen! A life without jealousy is really not a good life at all.

And kiwi, i agree, jealousy can be good in the right context

But one thing is healthy jealousy in which you show you care for you partner, in which you set your footdown and claim what is yours in a neccessary situation

Another thing is Unleathy jealousy, constructs of the mind that lead you to make unrational decisions which inturn result in the loss of what could have been a great relationship if only you would have known how to handle such feelings when they arise

I believe there is a fine line between healthy jealousy and destructive unhealthy jealousy

i should make a video on that actually... but i feel like you guys can draw the lines yourselves simply by identifying these bad behaviors i demostrate in the video
