But again, I think a lot of this (and stuff like spam approaching, which I see no issue with, especially while you're learning - it's great for learning how to take rejection and get over fear of approach) is meant for newbies who have no idea what they're doing. An ugly guy who gets good at pickup will do better than one who isn't good. And for most men on the bell curve, the advice is more or less true - if you're average looking and you suck with girls, you will do phenomenally better.

With the white lies, I think you're supposed to sorta, meta "get it" as you get better. It's like how we teach kids stuff in school that isn't 100% accurate, because it's easier, and then we fill in the gaps/correct generalizations as they get older/more advanced.

Anything related to "NLP". NLP is pseudoscience that has extraordinary claims that have no evidence at all to back them up.

That would be my list as well.
I would also add "plowing"(usually coupled with spam approach).

I'd say there is a general approval seeking behavior inherent in pick up. It's a fine line between changing yourself in a positive direction, and changing yourself solely to impress chicks. The latter may work for a while, but it will cause you to plateau. You also will likely struggle developing a relationship.

Looks don't matter is true if you don't have advanced Justin Wayne level game. Seriously, look at his videos and tell me looks matter...

Looks matter for basic PUAs who rely on yes girls, and guys just starting out in game. The advice that looks don't matter leads new guys into thinking that they can get any girl by just becoming confident and learning the basic shit that most guru's teach to get paid off chumps.

At this stage of knowledge I think that most "Gurus" are basically guys who specialize in one particular style of game. You take them out of their element of specialty and they are basically conceited AFCs.

Anyway, I feel the worst advice is that all women are the same.

That's because they are.
Plowing rarely leads to sex. It usually leads to having a new buddy. When a girl is sexually interested in you, you don't need to "plow". She's open, right from the start. When you have to "plow" and "lock her in set", it's because she's not physically attracted to you. So you "plow" for a few minutes, only to find she has a boyfriend, or gives you a flaky number. Maybe she even agrees to a date. But then she is resistant physical escalation and you never fuck her.

Look at your lay rate with girls you had to "plow" and girls who were into you, right from the start. A lot of guys have been doing this for a long time. And they tend to say the same thing as they get more experience. If you have to convince a girl to talk to you, it's usually going to go nowhere. You get a buddy at best. The girls you actually sleep with, were into you right from the start, and you had to do remarkably little to get them.

Ok, so in this example Wayne approaches a No/Maybe girl. The kind that will immediately blow out guys based on their looks and style of game.
