If you like a woman, then there is nothing wrong in texting her or calling her to say hi more often than those who are pick up coaches or other wise love coaches would tell you. If you are a high value male, then a woman doesn't mind hearing from you. Also, remember that back in the old days and even in recent times, many women married and marry men who did pursue them. Of course there is a fine line between reaching out to her out of confidence and neediness. Don't exhibit the latter, only the former as your underlying attitude.

Bottom line is this. Message a woman when you want to and screw all of the games and power grab techniques that PUA coaches or male dating coaches tell you. You can lose a woman like that.
