Do you talk really fast? The fact that you wrote 3 sentences into one without punctuation made me imagine an auctioneer! First I recommend slowing down! Breeeeathe ;)

Second, talk about her.

And don't just dwell on the "what." Get deep in there with the "why." Try to discover her motivations and values. That's the key to any great conversation.

do not interview her but definitely get her talking by asking open ended questions like "awesome, why is that?"

do not "neg" her for something cool she did or on anything you would want her to do more of. Negging ruins everything.

everyone's favorite subject is themselves - it will be easy getting her to talk about herself.
