Having a really hard time with LMR

Case. Met a girl at a club, gamed her to ask my name, my number, and a lot of things. Made out, heavy kino and grinding. My Roomate luckily hooked up with one of her friends and we had a good time laughing there and stuff. We got to her car and offered to drive us home,both my roomate and her friend. We got to our apartment and my roomate got in with his girl and mine said she had to go to a friends place before coming in... i was like wtf in my mind but just said... Aight see you. Then after a few minutes she actually did come back and got in the apartment but just sat on the couch in the living room. I kissed her but she was really defensive, tried saying that she was right she souldn't be doing that etc and after about 15 minutes, my roomate had done his job and of course the girl wanted to leave so I ended up with nothing.

Any thoughts on how to erradicate this LMR? It happens a Lot to me so i know im fucking up in a very specific thing.

Hey man,

If you've had that much compliance already throughout the night and you're actively trying to push the physical escalation once back at the apartment, then it's probably the "vibe" you're giving off.

Are you nervous when this stuff happens?

Do you feel weird?

If so, most women will sense this and feel the same way you're feeling.

Isolation could've been a biggy with this one too.

Try taking her to a room and closing the door next time.

Most girls will feel uncomfortable if it's in a main area of the house, they think someone is going to see, walk in, etc., even if nobody is home, they still feel like that.

Try a massage on your bed or one that leads to your room next time. This is my go to.

Either way, just keep at it, you'll break through one of these times, you're doing better than 98% of guys just by getting her to your apartment.

I had thought about that too... the thing about being nervous because I do fell it. I used to drink alcohol to get trough that. BIG PROBLEM in my perspective now that im trying to eliminate alcohol from this equation.

Any recommendations for that?

You're doing great man.

To eliminate LMR, she just needs to know you intent to see her another day.

Basicelly, you can eliminate LMR quite early in the set.

Hey TC,

It's funny you ask, getting over anxiety is "one of my specialties" due to it being a huge problem in my life as well.

I use to drink shitloads of alcohol too while I was out and while it was working, I never could do as well when I wasn't drinking. (Partly because I would get bored at parties, etc)

After awhile, I just said fuck it and kept drinking when I was out but I just tried to drink less and less until finally my mind just assimilated enough experiences where I could do well in both states.

I still drink when I go out now, mainly because I think it's fun and I like it but I have found a few other things that I REALLY enjoy and are awesome substitutes for alcohol if you do want to cut it out.

It would be great to hear some advice about it man because my roomates still apply that "just get drunk" thing when with girls and at parties and I don't really have much support. I'm trying hard to get over it and I've been succesful last couple of nights out.
