what do you when you run into a chick that blew you out in the first place? there is these girl who frequents a grocery shop i also buy stuff from i approached her once and she totally blew me out but i have already ran into her twice..should i have re-approached? should i have done it differently?

Yes...approach again. Some girls respond to multiple approaches. It's advanced game..
Try to make it light. See what happens and try, try again. If she completely blows you off again.
It's up to your to keep trying or let it go. It's very situational on reading the situation.

Best thing to do when you're going to see a girl multiple times or on a regular basis during the day (which sounds like your situation) is to just be friendly and slowly escalate the situation over time.

I use this method all the time at the gym.

Say hi and smile the first few times.

Then make small talk after that for a few times.

From there just keep escalating the convos until they go where you want them to go.

Don't be "gaming" them.

That's most likely not going to turn out how you want it to.
