Adopt an activist mindset. If you sit there studying or pondering over a task, it can seem to get more and more complex and intimidating the more you think of it. You will get better and develop a personal style and strategy with each approach. Like that girl and thinking of approaching? Just do it. Thinking of taking on some new project likely to improve your life? Come on, do it. Taking action is what promotes change.
