Two suggestions:
1. Kino throughout to keep it physical and build momentum. A kiss is only one option in your toolkit. You can hug her, longer-than-usual eye contact, kiss her on the cheek, neck, etc. to build up more chemistry and excitement
2. You can try a IOD by playing disinterested for a while, and "breaking up" with her, but then getting back together. I think Tim demonstrates it well in his videos. I'd check those out.
