I am being real and i agree with what your saying lol Thats why am saying should we not have a age verification ? like bank card number or something of the sort! Me personally i have been doing this since i was 15 all be it not on forums etc.

To the OP and all guys under 18: You're only young once. Don't waste your early years worrying about girls. You have your whole life ahead of you. Spend this time learning about the world, setting yourself up for a good career, pursuing sports and hobbies. You don't need to have a girlfriend and you don't need to have sex.

So basically he says the best way to actually FEEL your emotions, while not being controlled by them is to go over the top with them. Go to a place that is nice and quiet where you can be alone and verbally yell your love for this girl

Just scream it to the fvcking world continuously and non stop. Things like, “god I love this girl, god I love this girl, god I fvcking love this girl!” After a minute or two of doing this you will start to realize you don’t really mean it anymore. You will get bored with the idea of expressing your love for her and you will feel much better dude.

This works because your subconscious mind is constantly wanting you to express your feelings, when most of the time guys just ignore it and hold back their emotions. This exercise lets you verbally express all your intense desires and feelings, which is SUPER GOOD for your subconscious mind. After doing this a couple times you’ll realize that these feelings don’t really affect you that much.

And if all of this still bugs you, then you need to either tell your friend that it bugs you or stop hanging out with one of them.
