Here is the case briefly.

I know this girl for a long time. (we are kind of friends or so...), but recently things started getting more intimate.

We hang out from time to time do yoga, sports, meditation and that kind of things together, as well disusing variety of topics.

Few days ago she came to my place and we did each other back massages. This immediately started the subject of friendship and romantic sexual interactions between friends. Eventually she said: "I'm afraid if we get romantic we would mess our relationship" So yeah... classical line.

And then she asked me - what do I think about men & women being friends and then getting romantic.

And I said the truth (what I actually think) - That I'm not gonna die if we don't have sex, but I'm cool and she is cool too, and having sex shouldn't be a reason to destroy our friendship. But right now we are not engaged and I can go and get other women, as well as she. And of course if there is something between us I would not do stupid things (aka cheating).

So... I have a bad intuition that going honest like that is not doing me any good in terms of attraction.

What do you think. And what your response would be (considering the ideal outcome to be to have sex and still maintain good relations). And whats the best thing to do from now on... ?

yea perhaps. I think somehow she wants it but she is feeling also kind of uneasy (due to we are "friends - or at least in her mind to some extend")
