Just do it alone.
It is not easy, b/c girls go out in groups. Can you talk to multiple women and not make one of them mad enough that she c-blocks you? Women are a little bit more leery of a guy that goes out alone. One girl said that is what losers do. With a group of guys, you also have the plausible deniability that you are just out having a good time w/ your friends and not on the prowl for chicks. It is not easy going out alone, but who cares.
I try to make myself a regular at a few places, so at least I know the people working there.
