About 8 months ago my girl said "I could tell you something that would make you never want to have sex with me again"

and I let it go back then. but I called her out on it and asked if it was an STD or something (which I know is not beta to ask) she said no its not ect.

but I still think about this to this day. can I call her out on this saying it was shady? its quite a disgusting line to hear from your girl

Ask her, if you want the relationship to possibly end. She wouldn't had said that if it wasn't something that may make you not want to have sex with her again. If it were me i would want to know but that's only one person's opinion.
