some people here suggested nofap, exercise, healthy nutrition. this is supposed to improve you as a man or something?

here is what I have done so far:
nofap for the past 6 days
less junk food. I have not completely eliminated junk food, just less.
no exercise yet. too lazy.
I will be honest I did watch porn a couple of nights ago but somehow I convinced myself to close it without touching myself.

but I dont feel any better. I dont feel any more masculine, I dont feel improved.

I wonder if it's worth it to continue this nofap thing or if I should just give in?

If it's too much for you try only fapping 1 to 2x/week. This should give you the motivation you need to consistently get out in the field and meet more girls if that is what you want.

A few days is nothing.
If you are jerking very often (especially if it's on porn), try to refrain from that habit for at least 20 days. Then you can start jerking off ocassionally, but not every day and not always on porn.

You'll see very big changes.

I had similar situation, and believe me, when you clear your mind from porn and don't jerk off you get so much more sexual, women can feel that vibe.
Also, you are not afraid to open a conversation or be a little dirty and cocky sometimes, because your sexual instinct is much stronger than your fear about women reactions after aproaches.

The best way to do this is the same as any other addictive habit. Smart reductions that make a big upfront difference, that is still manageable.

Cut back on your masturbation frequency by half. So if you're doing it daily, do every other day. If you're already on every other day, drop to 2x per week. Less than 2x per week isn't advisable as it causes some odd hormonal reactions when you're not physically fit.

Also, if you can't help yourself from masturbating, do it doggie style so you'll get used to the position. Develop some calluses on your knees. Wow everyone really keyed on on the no fap part...

I don't know if I really believe the nofap thing, but worth a shot I guess.

As to the other things, namely diet and exercise: Yes they will make a difference. You should feel better and look better, both of which will help you with women.

Well yes, it's in the title. And he said he's not working out.

Eating less junk food for energy is overrated, honestly. It's good in the long run, but unless you're living on greasy foods, eating a little healthier is not going to really pep you up in a week. Especially without physical activity. I'd take hitting the gym+eating only Pizza Hut over sitting around on a couch and eating only vegetables. Though it's really about a smart balance.

Pizza Hut is probably better than just vegetables actually, due to the lack of protein. Plus with pizza you'd at _least_ get some tomato! ;)

Also maybe depends on age... I never ate healthy when I was younger so don't know if I would have felt it. These days, though, I can actually feel my blood pressure go up if I eat too badly. Also recently I've seen studies showing that just eating a healthy lunch can help you be more productive at work. So basically yeah, the results of what you eat can be felt in a few hours.

But with _any_ of this stuff you should be thinking long term. Going to the gym for a week isn't going to make a difference. Do it for a few months though and women will probably be drooling over you.
