Okay, this is a strange question and the information is not really important. But I was just wondering, is there a right and wrong way to walk?
Obviously the usual body language rules apply to walking, but what about the speed? Slow would make you look confident and relaxed, however it can also look like you are lazy? or have nothing to do?
Fast can look like you have stuff to do (purpose) but it can also be associated with low confidence? (I've noticed that people with social anxiety do not walk slow)
Also, should you shift your weight from side to side and walk the way people who think they are from the ''hood'' walk? or, just stay composed walk straight and don't shift much. Kinda like how a businessman or a politician would walk?
Í'm simply curious to see what you guys think
