Title explains all. It started to rain now and I don't think it will STOP. Should we still go out? Where? (my original idea was a really awesome coffee/ice scream shop then some other place maybe a garden)

Honestly...

You may be a little too dependent on other people thinking for you if you have to ask whether to go outside when it's raining.

I'm not trying to be a dick, here man... but seriously - just go somewhere indoors. It's common sense.
