Ok guys, well there is a girl Im digging and she asked me to the cinema yesterday and canceled like 20mins before we were supposed to be going with her cousin, now today she asked me again to cinema and again with cousin, any idea how i should approach this

A date is a one on one so please don't be the 3rd wheel.

Ask her to go for a drink with you instead. If she beats around the bush with it then try not to waste too much time on her.

Tbh last night couldnt have gone worse, if i had planned it intentionally to do so.
Turned up at Cinema, cousin wasnt there, good start, turns out movie was sold out so we went to get drinks.
Drinking for a while then cousin turns up after finishing college but she only stays for like five mins, think she just wanted to meet me tbh then she left again. So we were sitting by ourselfs on a couch when this douche comes up and sits beside us and starts spitting game at her, ignored me for next two hours, well tried to I kinda made him look like a idiot, but even so he still got the girls number. She left with me then and I walked her to meet her cousin, she said he was creepy, but why then give the number.

Just think, he could have his nuts on her guts as I type this right now.

Personally, I would of told the guy, "hey, do you mind?"

By sitting there quietly, you lose serious man points. Or at least walk away,

Learn for next time: She is with you, not him. "Go find someone else to spit game at bud. Have a good night." Another way is to ask the girl "do you want him spitting game at you?" Obviously if she says "yes" walk out. When she says "no", "there's your answer buddy, enjoy your night." A lot of it is on the girl to not react. A girl that is investing more than a minute or two with another guy and there is something wrong.
