Is it really possible to just approaching women, get their number and a day or two later just fuck them? no dating, no spending money? I'm talking about day game situations.

It is very possible. A smooth initial interaction that leaves them wanting more of that feeling is probably the biggest key.

It's possible.. but it's not common that you can just text them and say: "Hey want to come over and fuck?". The way I go about doing this is inviting them on a "date" that involves coming to my place.
