Posts: 10 | | A week and a half ago we agreed to go on a break. Few days later broke up with me. Didn't find out, b/c she wasn't clear, days later. Found out she moved on very quickly. I lash out through an inappropriate gesture and she gets angry. A week later, today, is my birthday. She wished me a happy birthday 5-7 hours ago. Not sure how to respond if at all. Been keeping No Contact. I would like to keep the door open but not empower her.
How should I proceed. I understand what she did was messed up but I would like to know regardless.
