First time poster, been lurking for a bit. Just got out of a 2 year relationship and really getting into this PUA gig. Still got a very long way to go but one day at a time (working hard on my opening routine with strangers at the moment)

Anyways there's this dimepiece HB 9 that works on my floor. We've been on the same floor for about a year but different departments. I feel I've already demonstrated HV as I'm in a fairly senior position for my age (I'm 25) and she is 21 in pretty much an entry level job. Am also lucky in the fact the floor I work for has large selection of HB's, so am constantly working cocky/funny game on them which I think she has noticed too.

We never used to converse much other than a hello here and there and some small talk (I was relatively introverted whilst I was in a relationship). However have noticed lately that we seem to be talking a lot, she is always initiating conversation with me and emailing me. Even other guys in my team have noticed her around me and are telling me that it looks like she is into me.

My issue is I don't know where to go from here in terms of trying to take it to the next level. I have her phone number (she has this funny picture she was telling me about which I told her to send to me, which she did via text message). I'm not sure whether to send her a opener over text message this weekend and see where it takes me OR wait until next week, ramp up the intensity a bit and try and get her out for some drinks next Friday (we have work drinks on).

What do?

Just ask her if she wants to go get drinks with you after work. Ask her face to face.

If I'm initiating non-work related convo and email with a guy I work with, I am usually very attracted to him. I just don't bother with guys I'm not into; too many other things to do and people to contact.

I think you should ask her to drinks as casually as possible. I agree best to do in person and very casually as part of your conversation.
