I look back at my most recent relationship and realize I wasn't always the best lay. Yeah, at first things went off like fireworks from built up sexual tension like you wouldn't believe. But as things went on I wasn't enjoying myself as much. She wasn't the most busty girl but small, petite, and overall nicely shaped. She loved rough sex such as hair pulling, choking, smacking, grabbing, biting, sucking, finish inside her etc. Thing is towards the end it became lack luster. One reason is because there wasn't much foreplay. Just went straight for it without building up that sexual tension and getting her wet.

Now I'm good in the sack on average. However, I want to be great. To have my girl addicted and coming back for more. Once I had that, but, I started to let things go. Not my aesthetic looks since I go to the gym religiously. But in how I interacted with her on a sexual and sometimes sensual (I thought this was more consistent) level.

Last but not least was a more personal problem. I had never had sex with a girl so frequent, since a lot of my experience were one night stands, so when she pushed for unprotected sex I was hooked. Thing is I was also concerned about lasting. I became so concerned and so good at lasting I couldn't bring myself to finish by just having sex with her but by bringing myself manually to that point.

If anyone has any advice on this or resources I can look at let me know.

1. Desensitize your penis head so you'll last longer.
