Me: You're definitely better looking that a six. Look at your eyes. They're amazing.
Me (to HB): And what about you?
HB: Um.... 7?
Me (with a confused look on my face): 7?!? Are you serious? See, that's WAY higher than I'd rate you! (breaking into big smile)

I like using this one in a loud club. It can be done either to the target or to the group. Wording will be slightly different if I'm approaching the group.

Me: Holy Jesus he wasn't lying!
HB: What?
Me: I said my friend wasn't lying.
HB: About what.
Me: He said there are always tons of hot chicks here. (Brief pause)

This pause will get her thinking, "What a cheesy pick-up line."

Me (to target): Why don't you introduce me to some of them? (with smile looking around)
or

Me (to group): Do you guys know any of them?

I like these a LOt, especially the first one. It is very congruent with my personality.

i love the 2nd one....definitely gotta give the right delivery...you dont want her thinking you cant meet the good looking girls on your own, but hey you might get a pivot out of it. Great line though I like it a lot!!

the first one is a little harsh, some people arent as open to judge themselves...maybe you could have a little fun with it and ask the friend to rate the other friend....? that way its playful and get laughs! and you can agree with the friend and not with the target. throw her a neg dont insult her.
