so friend from work tells me i'd be great for one of her girlfriends. I checked out her mspace and she is HB8. Instead of meeting at a st@rbucks, I decide to invite them all out to a club this weekend. I only told my friend at work, I know she'll relay the message to her. I figure this way when we meet, it will be in a social setting and less awkward than the former. I will have a chance DHV in a social setting with friends, and to game abit if things aren't working out.

My question is how much should I game her? Obviously I don't need to run openers. Things like " I need to go meet up with my friends" won't be relivent. The party will be M+F from work and the HB8. I'm thinking a mix of A2+ a couple negs. After some a2, I would say "excuse me" and move across the bar to run a playful set opener then return within 5 mins and run some a3. By then, if she is not giving me serious ioi's I would probably change direction and try to do number closing on other sets(remember, i dont' know what kind of vibs to expect from her yet). If things are going well i'm thinking back to my crib.I don't want to be using much canned stuff around my friends(M+F kind of know me already which is reason they suggested we meet in first place). Also,I'm close to the club and don't know if i should suggest a pregame at myplace or afterparty(idealy me and target)... lets see some feedback guys.

If you start it at your place, take waht DD says and only invite them in for a moment, act like you need to grab a couple things and bounce out the door. Don't give the full tour. This will make her more curious about your place. At the end of the night is when you should show off the whole place, livingroom, kitchen, bedroom.
