This is what separates us from them, this is what makes us the reward, the cream of the crop. However, this is one of the more difficult concepts for recovering afcs, myself included, in that there's a complete mental shift required from our normal line of thought. That being said, in particular, I find myself falling into the trap of confusing dominance with controlling behavior; controlling behavior being one of the most unattractive traits in a man. In order to fix a problem, one should understand how a system works. I can pull off initial dominance very well, but I can't retain the dominant aspect and become controlling, and lose attraction rapidly, so the question begs, what is the difference between controlling vs. dominant behavior, and what is controlling behavior vs dominant behavior?

Being controlling is FORCING people to follow and listen to you, no one likes that.
Just like being a "nice guy" to women is a passive aggressive way of trying to control them. A dominant frame is a confident one, you dont care what other people think and you keep your ego in check, because you know that women in front of you wants you and her BS games wont phase you.
