Hi, i was looking around the forum and couldn't really find useful posts on building chemistry and rapport? I can get open sets and talk to them but not really good at escalating and building chemistry/rapport. Any advice from PUAs?

me too i'm having the same problem. or even worse than that. once i open a HB, well the open is good but when i start to transition i automatically go to interview mode. and the 90/10 rule, i don't understand it at all. i tried doing RSD stuff and they say that the guy should do the plowing first, which means i'm the one to do the talking a lot at first. so 90 me, 10 for the hb. but when i checked daygame's conversation king, they say 90 is to HB and 10 is to me. im a lil confused here.

Rapport is the general comfort people have with eachother. It's a function of time and communication.

Avoid interview mode by asking open ended questions and by using the answers you get to formulate the next thing to say. When you ask I they like dogs, don't just take the answer, say ok, and ask an unrelated question. Ask why they like dogs, what was their first dog, say what you think of dogs.

Another great tip is that a person will always tell you what they want to talk about next. Listen for then to mention a random thing and ask about that. It only sound random to you, but it is something they like, so go into it.

The 90/10 rule is very flexible. It just means talk and lead the conversation until the girl is comfortable with the situation and on a topic they like.

Get this. Chemistry isn't anything you can build. It's something you either have, or not. It's out of your control.

Google "pacing and leading" for finding info on building rapport. Hopefully that will make you realize that it is harder to build rapport the more different you are to the person you try to mirror/pace. It will make you less congruent. People you find easy to pace are those you have chemistry with.

So you can open, good.
You can talk, good.
Thats all you need to build chemistry and rapport. Lol.

If you want anything to happen you need to gage her interest by flirting.
Communicate as a man to a woman. That way she knows your not just another chump.
Then just try and get to know her, the rapport will build as you show a genuine interest and the chemistry will blossom as she reciprocates your interest.

I'd start of with a light fun flirty chat off the open then move into deeper questions but honestly when first getting to know a girl you dont need to go too deep, just enough to build comfort. Sometimes I just vibe and pull without knowing much about eachother, just basics and just have a goodtime and escalate(flirt, kiss, lead, roleplay)

It all just depends on what the girl is up for. But you dont need "techniques" for rapport, just go in, vibe, and flirt. It builds itself through your efforts at getting to know her.
Ill leave you with a nice rapport building example : As you get to know her and flirt, you can then ask a genuine question about her, anything you want to know, the more you learn about eachother the more rapport you build.

But to get to the point in which she wants to learn about you, you must keep it light and fun at first until she cracks and is focused on you. Play with it. Good luck !

Chemistry among humans is simply biochemistry.

Hold a girl's hand, keep it steady until she's very comfortable with your touches. That will trigger oxytocin secretions. Oxytocin is a trust hormone. It's a biochemical that signals the human brain to trust the person more who is holding our hand. Once you can kino escalate, play with her nipples or suck them; that will trigger massive amounts of oxytocin release. She'll trust you more and be more emotionally connected with you.

Another biochemical that you need to understand is dopamine; the pleasure hormone. Make your presence among girls very pleasurable and you'll give them dopamine highs. The key though is to let girls experience extreme highs and lows so the pleasure is amplified to maximum effect. So what are some pleasurable things?

Be sexual. Fix your grooming. Smell good. Exercise. Be fun. Be playful. Be unpredictable.
