The only reason to find this out is if you are looking to screen out virgins(which can make a lot of sense). There isn't much to "do" differently. A virgin and a sexually inexperienced girl are almost exactly the same.

About the only tip I have is to make sure you convey to her that her inexperience is a turn off to you. Specifically tell her that she probably shouldn't even have sex with you, because you don't value it, and you wish she was already past it.
