Here is the scenario. Your at a club/bar, and you see an attractive girl looking at you. You check back every so often, you catch her looking at you, and she looks away (happens ALL the time). So when you get a chance to connect eyes, you wave her to come over, and if she does........

PUA: Alright!, alright!..I'll let you kiss me, jeez *turns cheek towards target*
Target: *kisses*, OR says "what?"

If she kisses, then the ice is broken, and you game her nicely...On the other hand if she says "what?", or "no"....

PUA: Oh! how rude of me, I'm so very sorry, you want the lips!

Then smile, and pucker up.

I dont think any sober girl would give you a kiss off of just eye contact. All you got was one IOI which was the intial eye contact. Not only that if she is with her friends and they see her do this they might think she is a slut. By all means try it, but I believe it wont work but on a drunk girl. If you flip it around and some girl fingers you to come over and ask you to kiss her would you. Probably not because you have no comfort. Unless you never get laid and your hoping that maybe this one girl might let you take her to bed.
