I have mostly sorted out my grooming except for my neck hair.

During regular college term I just shaved it for free in a barber shop next to my dorm. However, right now here in Poland I tried 3 regular hair stylists in my local area (I am spending summer in a different town) so far and none knew how to do it properly.

I am thinking I can either wax it or shave it. Shaving it would require regular 2x a week visits. I would need to find better hair salon. If I wax it I would do it ones per couple weeks. However, there would be a period when there is visible hair before nexr waxing appointment. Also I am going to get a haircut in a really good salon so I dont know if the lady at spa would do my hair line as well as the stylist (right shape, not too high or too low etc.) However, if I wax it my hair on back would be more even, because I wax my whole back.

What you guys suggest I should do?

Is it going to be fine if I just shave it into a rounded even shape at self judged right height?

Also I wax my back. So I will have shaved back of my neck and then some thin hair on my back as it grows back before next wax. Is it fine or would it look wierd when I am shirtless?

So should I shave my neck hair and it would look fine even after my back hair grows back or should u wax it with my back?
