We all know game works. but sometimes we want to see the effectiveness of a new technique. Pomodoro is a productivity method where you work in short bursts with small breaks in between.

I was wondering if the same productivity method can test the effectiveness of game. From opening and close what stages do you think a solid game routine has to have. The end goal being same night lay. No day 2s and no ltr.
