Is this actually bigger than just the southern states? I was on another forum and someone said country music is popular with attractive women. In Florida(primarily not St.Petersburg/Tampa Bay), where does this rank? Are the really attractive women into the likes of Luke Bryan more than any other kind of music? I'm currently in SC and I know its paramount here but Fl is always my fallback plan. I want to take a vacation back to Daytona to get it over with because I'm coming to terms marriage isn't in the cards for me.

I'm in northeast Ohio in a ghetto ass area. We have 2 country night clubs around here; one 4mins down the street from me, one a half hour away, and another venue that does a truck night with mud pits and shit. The amount and quality of women that go to these places is ridiculous and it keeps growing every week. And they're pretty damn easy to pull, even close on the spot.
So yeah, I'd say the thing is pretty damn big. And the good thing is, I've even gone to these places in my normal club clothes, vests, blazers, what not and still coupled the same so no need to change your style to fit the genre. Just throw a dirty ball cap or fishing hat on and you're golden

I am not the ghetto type at all either. But no, I guess I should say I am not a country music fan if I wasn't clear before. I do have to wonder if women are turned on by a man singing about his sexual history which is what country music is about these days.

your going to have a man sing about his sex life or w.e no matter what the genre is.

music is more about personality more then physical looks. youll find 10's in any music gathering you go to.. you will also find 6's and 7's.. and so on.

my point is, music doesnt define how good you look.. it just so happens they like the music. come on guys..

Women seem to have this idea stuck in their head that country is more real and down to earth and they can relate to their pain blah blah blah.

On a side note; most of these country chicks line dance, which is the dumbest shit ever and lacks Kino on the dance floor. Unless you know wtf you're doing and hood shape, don't attempt the shit or you'll look like an idiot and be swimming in sweat after one song.

country is by far the most boring and slow oriented music out there... i dont mean to bash any fans... there some good lyrics and such but... just not for me.

something thats down to earth and real... is blues..heck, rap can be too. im sure you will find a lot more sophisticated women in a jazz club then in a country club/bar..

im not going to knock off the idea of going to a country bar though.. for one its good to experience new things.and two, the hot girls that are involved.

Apparently you haven't listened to the crap they put out of Nashville these, it's more pop than country and anything but slow. Shit's remixed and dubstep with laser shows looking like a damn rave in these country night clubs. The one I go to every now and then has a mechanical bull, they paddle the girls on their birthdays, and there's always women dancing on the bar. Girls outnumber guys easily 2 sometimes 3-1. Whole genre is changing and more and more people, especially women are jumping on the bandwagon.

I posted a similar thread to this a while back. Think of it like this music has a strong influenece over you probably stronger than you realize. Ie: the way you dress, way you act.

If you listen to the lyrics of most new country songs they afc/beta as fuck you go to a country bar and 90% of the guys are afc's and its easy as fck to pick up. Girls out dancing and guys surrounding the dance floor to scared to make a move. Of course thatnot the situation all the time, but majority of times I've been to a country bar that's what I've seen.

If you're going to FLA cross Daytona off your list nightlife there has gone for a shit they've had some changes in city council a couple years ago and changed up a lot of bylaws regarding nightlife.
If you want country bars there is the Jesse Black Saloon in Orlando that is solid as fuck. There's a few more I can't think of their names off hand though.

I've noticed the girl to guy ratio (before this became a fad) was a HUGE difference than going out to a regular bar that's busy. However... It's unfortunate that, just like "Ladies Night" at any bar, you're soon to find more dudes showing up than women. For this particular reason.

Where I'm from - one popular country bar was ALWAYS slammin with gorgeous women. Especially on Thursdays (typical Ladies Night for us,) and just like me and the guys I went with, many other men figured out where the ladies were going instead of their usual spots. Now... I'll still go there on a Thursday, but I noticed that the girl to guy ratio is back to a 2 guys to 1 girl again; if not worse.

It doesn't hurt to check it out. Country music is more "poppy" so if you want to dance to it; they allow you to. The one I go to doesn't play JUST country though. They mix it up with popular songs that aren't rap but still have a poppy beat to them. I've noticed that on a typical weekend now, the regular bar I go to, is packing up with hotties and more women than men.

i do agree that music has a huge influence over people. have you ever watched the "tanning of america" great documentary series about how rap influenced america's culture and goes as deep as barrack Obama being in office.

rap is hardly ever played in clubs or bars. what you may think rap is is probably hip-hop. which is a crossover between rap and pop. but there are rare occasions , which makes me happy. i go ham when a rap song comes on, dont give two fucks about anything. "MOVE BITCH, GET OUT THE WAY" screaming at a girl i dont even know. haha good times.

if a country club at one point has a ratio of 2 girls to one guy and is now 2 guys to one girl, chances are that there is the same amount of girls going there but there are more guys who found out about it. that's usually how things happen. but thats all speculation that society has given us and i have no hard proof to back that theory up.

The only way you will find a place that has more girls then guys on a regular basis is a popular venue that limits the amount of guys that go in.

The place I mentioned has been 2 girls to 1 guy for almost 2yrs now. Chicks only gotta be 18 and up and are free, guys gotta be 21 and get charged. Plus drink prices are high for around here. Not to mention most guys are thugs and shit and want nothing to do with that kind of crowd or the music. Everywhere else is a sausage fest, and you risk getting shot and/or robbed lol
