OP, how connected are you to yourself?

Reason I ask this is that if you truly had a deep, meaningful connection to YOURSELF such insults wouldn't mean fuck all. When I say connected to yourself, I specifically mean how well do you know your body (internally) because intellectualizing things (e.g. rationalizing for or against "I'm an attractive person" won't do fuck all w respect to making any lasting, meaningful change). it looks as though things are more on the emotional side, and addressing this feeling of rejection you experience, and the underlying fear would be a good place to start to developing that internal connection/stronger sense of self.


This applies to a lot of you as well who's sense of self is externally derived (based on praise/validation).

What you guys term "alpha" is just the guy/person who knows who he is, and walks through the world responsive to things (rather than reactive) because he knows the ground he stands upon, and no matter the context always feels at home within himself.
