One funny things about taste (since everybody thinks different) is that many people are attracted to people who look like themselves.
If sticking to the superficial and objectifying scale we are talking about here, a perfect 10 would IMO require a perfect body in all aspects - face, hair, arms, hands, fingers, nails, chest, breats, waist, ass, legs... The perfect 10 is so rare that she hardly even exists in my world. I always see flaws in everybody. And even if I spot an HB10 once every decade or so, she is probably only a 10 for the night being. The next morning she will be degraded to a 9 again. And like always, when people open their mouths they are degraded another 2-3 steps on the scale.
If Pamela Anderson in her prime was all natural (which she wasn't), and a brunette, she could almost score a 10 on my scale. But that would be the score for photogenicism only. She would still be missing
it, the magic stuff that turns my cylinders on.
