What do you think of the hat bro?

Puts a nice classy edge to the individual. I keep getting accused of being a posh farmer looking hunk.

Ehh, not really me. I would feel like I was trying to be someone else. I have no tattoos, but I feel like I would be comfortable with them. As for the shaved head, I'd really only feel comfortable if it was a necessity. The tattoos would kind of compensate for the baldness.

P.S. Pebble, I tried Rogain for two years. Most Improvement was a little fuzz, ans seemed to stop further loss. I went with fuck it, and shaved.

Yeah. I suspect that might happen for me too, but I will regret if I didn't try.

How long would you do it for until you give up??

Thanks bro

I think two years was plenty of time.

I've used rogaine for a couple years. It might be slowing things down, but it really doesn't work.

The only thing that works is propecia. It definitely works, but eh, not sure how I feel about taking a drug for the rest of my life just to have hair.

I pulled this from a medical website about propecia. Here's some sides of using the medicine:

More common
Decreased interest in sexual intercourse
inability to have or keep an erection
loss in sexual ability, desire, drive, or performance

Getting limp dick from a drug that's supposed to make you more sexually attractive seems pretty damn counterintuitive.

I'm going to do a mini lesson, since I guess it isn't common knowledge here.

DHT causes your hair follicles to shrink. Propecia drops your DHT levels, stopping the shrinkage, and sometimes even opening the hair follicles back up(only last 18 months or so of loss has ever been recouped).

Rogaine uses minoxidril, which does not prevent your hair follicles from shrinking. It just amps up your temporary hair production. Rogaine can cause you to grow some more hair, but it does not prevent hair loss. You'll keep losing hair while using only rogaine. If you're going to use minoxidril, be aware that some people have severe collagen breakdown after using it. They never recover. It is a small minority. If you take mino, make sure it's mixed with tretinoin, as it's more effective.

Never start both at the same time. Each one causes a shed, and you'll probably have shiny spots if you use both.

When all fails, there is RU58841.

Yes, there is also this reason for not taking it. I don't take it btw, but I have tried it, and it most definitely completely stopped my hair loss. Those side effects are real. They aren't that severe (at least not for me) but I definitely noticed a difference.

I shaved my head once before . And it made me look like a monk. And to be honest It was cool looking like a monk.

When I shaved my head it was kind of by accident . I got really self conscious about it the fist few days in pubic but eventually got over it. After awhile your shaved head will be the norm and you wont think twice about it.
