Damn guys! Getting back into the scene after my last relationship is proving to be a pain in the ass. It has only been two weeks and I have had sex with a new girl like the day after the break up (that just fell in my lap at the right time) but it seems like when I go out my confidence is ruined. I have never had a hard time over coming my approach anxiety before in fact it has been an enjoyable rush for me in the past. Now it is keeping me from even opening sets. I don't know if I'm just dealing with a blow to my confidence do to how much I really loved my ex or if it is from not being single since I was 21(I'm now 25). Have any of you experienced this? How did you over come it?
