People say that having sex makes you lose weight, and they are right. Same goes for masturbation. Doing this too often is burning muscle and fat away. Its the opersite to building muscle. Having sex might help get you in shape and good exercise, but if your trying to put on and build more muscle its best to not over do it. Especially with masturbation, its not gonna help a skinny guy put weight on the arms.

Maybe so, thats because you use/lift with your right arm more. In the end they will balance themselves out anyway if you stop working out.

Hey man i dont think that being skinny matters much as long as you got your game going. But if you are really into gaining weight give a weight gainer a try. Its a protien powder with high calories made to add on some pounds. If you workout with the weight gainer you will build bigger muscles. Check out one of the best ones its called cytogainer or if you want go to the nearest GNC or whatever you have in your area ask them what kind of weight gainers they have and what they would recommend.
