Your question isn't easy to answer. There have been many books written about it so I'd tell you to start looking for some books first.
Second, look at the posts on this forum: there are always things you can learn from them.
Third, watch youtube videos of dating coaches and gurus.
Fourth (but the most important one), GO OUT AND TRY THE STUFF YOU LEARN!

It will take you some time, and if you have some SPECIFIC questions, you can always post on the forum, but question like this one (too much to say about it as an answer) almost never get answered and therefore are useless for you and for averyone else checking out your question.

Honestly, can't top the answer already given. All the information ever needed for PUA is already out there.

If Attraction is your big concern, check out Cocky Funny or Push Pull. It gives you a good starting point.

As mentioned, reading does you NO good. You need to get out there and practice. Mess up. Learn from your mistakes. Keep a log or journal and keep working on yourself. If you are Attractive you do not need to Attract the girl as much.
