Are you looking for a girlfriend? If not, can't you say something like 'I didn't ask you to be my girlfriend' or 'that's a bit presumptious, I just wanted to chat you up/flirt/go for drinks' ?

That's usually not a shit test. It usually means "I'm not into you, please go away"

1. Stop thinking everything is a shit test

I've noticed that about you. Every single post you've made on here you think it's all a shit test.

You brought up the boyfriend thing.

Yeah agree with all the previous posts.

If she has not recently split up with somebody or genuinely going through a tough time with men recently she's telling you she is not attracted to you.

If she is recently single from a LTR or whatever and says this while agreeing to meet you 1 on 1 chances are she is looking for a fuck buddy as previously mentioned.
