I personally don't think it's the talking that's the problem; its more so the quality of what you're saying when you're talking.

I honestly speak more than the women I date usually. I'm just more interesting if I'm being honest. I tell better stories, my jokes are funnier, and I introduce interesting topics for us to talk about.

The biggest part of this isn't "touching" per se, it is proximity. Stand next to her, sit next to her.
I don't really touch girls very much before kissing them. So little I can't even say if I've touched them at all before doing so.

That said, I assumed you were in college... high school was another deal. I usually had to run a mini-session with a girl to explain my way of viewing dating as it was radically different than what she tended to think. High school girls have been conditioned to think that there are two situations to choose from. A boyfriend or a guy who just wants to have sex with her. And she's either going to have to be crazy horny for you to be the second guy or she has to logically decide on the BF one. Neither of these frames are helpful to you.

You don't know her well enough to say if you want to date her. She's really cool(reasons here). You see potential for something more. You just want to see where things lead, without the pressure of a relationship.

no no this girl that gave me friendzone vibes was around 22 (i told her i was 20 and i had been growing out my facial hair). It was on a bus and i sat next to her. I don't date girls in my school. People start talking and stuff and even though i dont date girls in my school, some people have seen me talking to random girls so stuff goes around; i dont want that.

So idk i just might have connected with her really well because we sat next to each other, and the proximity was really close. On top of that i did touch her at times (once or twice) and got a hug at the end. Maybe the reason why she just didn't reply is because i forgot her name and asked her for her name again through text?

A bus ride? Ok, I was also thinking by "friendzone" you meant you had hung out with these girls for a while. Not a few minutes. You just aren't building attraction in the first place.

Statements of intent are any compliment modestly sexual or expressing some sexual desire. I would define a sexual compliment as something you would never say to your mom or sister. IE You have a nice ass. You have really sexy lips.
Other Statement of Intent would be:

etc.
