| The town I moved to is fantastic.
It's like a small town, so there are only maybe, 20-25 different venues (and that's being generous with the term "venue") with maybe 10 that are really happening/popular for meeting people. There are also maybe three Starbuckses (an ideal place for day game, I've found when I get back up to being "shameless" with game again - which is where I'm at now)
That being said, it's attached to one of the largest universities in the country (probably in the top 20 or 50), so there are literally 10,000s of 18-25 year old girls literally within walking distance of my apartment. Even in the summer, when there are less students around, it's still pretty packed.
As long as you don't act like too much of a drunken ass or a creeper (And I'm usually good on not doing both of those nowadays), you'll quickly make friends here - you see the same people over and over and over again, and it's very easy to get preselection with a bunch of very hot girls. Hell, about 20-30 minutes after those two girls left, ANOTHER cute girl (cuter than both of them) walked in and asked me why I missed ballroom dancing lessons, as I had been one of her dance partners last week and she had wanted to dance with me again. If I go out tonight, I'd give myself a 25% chance of running into someone I know.
I'm almost 29, but I look much, much younger (the girl I made the date at the table with said I, "Looked young by Caucasian standards" (she's Asian, like about half of the student body), so I have the prestige of being older, mature, with a stable job in a stable well-respected field (software development) while still looking like I'm any random 21 year old - allowing me to go to college bars or grown-up bars with impunity, and keeping me completely separated from any college drama BS.
This is so far shaping up to be an amazing summer, and I hear that the first week all of the undergrads move in is crazy hook-up week, so I have that to look forward to in the coming fall.
Suffice to say, I'm pretty excited.
tl; dr:
Move to a college town. Even a little bit of game will serve you well here and make the experience an especially pleasant one.
