You told her "I love you" or something like that, and she told you that she didn't love you. Everything that comes out of a girl's mouth and starts with "I like you but..." can be ignored and replaced simply with "I don't want to sleep with you".
Man, you've been literally begging for advice for two fucking pages and you're trying to tell me that she's not that important to you. I don't buy that bullshit. Read up on threads like Mack's Centered Man manifesto, and Chief's guide to outer game, and start going out on the field NOW. You'll never get good if you don't practise. Don't expect us to tell you how to do it and then suddenly you become some pick-up demi-god. Experience is far more important than how much you read, keep that in mind.
