How do you guys pick your names? Also, why use a nickname? I don't know why you have to have a new moniker? I'm sure there is a great reason, can someone explain it to me please? Thanks.

I only use mine online for anonymity. I think it's dumb to walk around calling yourself something like "Starchild" or some shit like that.

Nicknames are easier to remember.

I started introducing myself with my nickname in foreign countries where they have difficulties saying (and therefore remembering as well) my name. Because of that, everyone allways remembered my (nick)name while every other name was forgotten.

In my own country I allways say my real name and than "but eveyone calls me just [nickname]." Ofcourse this makes only sense if everyone is actually calling you by your nickname, which is the case with me.

i personally prefer an alias myself, but I only use it if the situation calls for it other than that I just use my real name except for on here lol.

I call/introduce myself by my name. I only give the chick a nickname. I do it for a few reasons that I won't get into right now, but this is the breakdown of it:

1. During the approach, I give her a nick name. It can be anything, doesn't matter. I've given nick names from Katie purple shirt girl --> Heidi MSU --> Lauren lifeguard --> Lacy salsa.

2. When I make the first call, I don't need to say who I am, I just call her by the nickname and she instantly knows who I am.

3. Profit

The nickname allows her to remember me more easily and eliminates the need for me to tell her who I am.
