Day 1: tired of being the friendly social guy but not picking up girls

Introduction:
First of all I want to thank everyone here on this forum. It has been very usefull so far in my transformation to a real PUA. Yesterday I decided to start with a journal. Most of the time I was just reading posts here and learning from other field reports. Now I feel a bit more experienced and after I broke up with my 2 year relationship 2 months ago I am ready to become a PUA!

Before I start with my journal I would like to introduce myself. My name is Maarten a 22 year old business economics college students who lives in a dorm with 4 other men in the city of Breda in The Netherlands.
Here in Breda live 200.000 people and with two colleges the city counts a lot of students and also foreign students.

Now let me start with my journal. Yesterday was my first serious day of pick up. Thursday night is the most popular night among students so I went with 3 friends who I know from a trip to Prague to go out. These friends don't know pick up but one of them is a natural and even though he has a girlfriend for 3.5 years I have seen him pick up girls and closing a couple of times.

Summary:
Before we went out we drank a couple of beers at my place. We were quite early though in the city and the bars were still quite empty. We visited 3 bars. At the first bar I opened one set, one girl had still her jacket on. So I opened with She replied quite positve and later that night she said I did not know how to reply.. I was kind of shocked.

At the second bar I started to open set after set with the two fighting girls outside opener. This went quite well. I spotted a hb9 and a hb 8 so I decided to use the opener one more time. When I opened them they listened for a couple of second and then they turned their back to me.. I felt like I had failed and just walked back to my friends.

We decided to go to the last bar for the night. This bar was really crowded with a lot of oppurtunities to open sets. I spotted a female classmate of mine, she had 4 other female friends (they were her roommates) so I introduced myself to the roommates. I liked one of them, a short hb6 with curly hair and an amazing body. I made a comment on her curles as a opener. After that I was fishing for information and she said she was training for a marathon (which explains the body). I sad that I also train and said that we could run together sometime. I number closed her.

My first night of sarging went quite well in my opinion and I have gained confidence to continue my journey to become a PUA. I would love to receive feedback from you guys.

- What should I do after I got her number?
- How to write a good field report since this is my first one?
- How to react when girls turn their back to you?

i feel as if people in the PUA community don't use them as much as they should!
as for your questions
- What should I do after I got her number? text her in front of her, and texting is only a tool to meet up in the future
- How to write a good field report since this is my first one? You did a great job! easy to read.
- How to react when girls turn their back to you? i just keep talking - only leave the set for 1 of 2 reasons, she threatens to hit you or she threatens to call security. if you leave before then you wont learn much.

Thank you for your reply! I'll text in front of her the next time I close a number. The funny thing is that later that night she walked to me and asked me: 'Are you going to text me, or not?'. I said yes but I didn'y say when I would text her. Today I decided to text her and we will meet up monday to run 10 miles together. Since my normal distance is 5 or 6 miles I made kind of a deal with her. I said to her that if I could run the 10 miles with her we would shower together afterwards and she agreed.

I will post my next field report in a couple of days when I will go out again. I am also thinking about trying out daygame, since this is very new to me I will have to get information about proper daygame. Any advice?

Day 2: What a strange week it has been..

Goals for one night of sarging and one day at a festival:
Open 10 sets completed 5/10
Get at least one number completed 1/1

Introduction

I started with my journal because I want to pick up at least a couple of hb9's and at least one hb10, picking up hb6's and hb7's has never been a problem for me because I have an above average looking face, I dress well and I look fit because I workout 3 times a week. My problem is that I might be too lazy and am too easy satisfied with picking up average looking girls. I have f-closed 12 girls so far in my life and have even f-closed a hb8 last thursday but she said there will be no second date. Fine with me.
This field report is based on 2 days of sarging because last friday I only spent 1 hour in the bar because my friend wanted to leave. Yesterday was our liberty day in The Netherlands, to celibrate being free from world war II. There was a free festival half an our from my hometown.

Summary:

Let me start with last friday. My old highschool friends all live and study in different cities so we see each other in our hometown almost every friday. Before we go out we go to a friends place to drink a couple of beers, since he has a bar in his backyard there is always enough to drink.. In our hometown live 20.000 people and there are 5 bars but most of the time we go to the same bar because most of the young people go there. We started the night with 6 friends but only one friend and me went to the bar, kinda dissapointing.. In the bar there are only 17 and 18 year old people, so I couldn't find one proper set to open.. Even tought the alcohol limit in The Netherlands has been raised from 16 to 18 I still can't see a difference, so many young girls. Way too young for me. At the end of the night I saw a HB7 with a nice pair of jeans, she was with a HB5 with glasses. I decided to open with: I could tell she liked the opener, but her hb5 friend started talking to me and I couldn't get rid of her.. I was with a friend and asked him to help me out. Since he is one of the biggest AFC's I know he totally destroyed the set. Well time to go home and call it a night.

The next day I had a date with a HB8 who lived half an hour away from me. She bought a couple of beers and we were sitting on her bed, I had this feeling that this was going to be a strange but good night. She kinda acted like a guy.. She kept punching me and wanted to be the Alfa. A couple of times she pushed her hand into my face, I had no idea what was going on.. She walked to the fridge to grab another beer and after a when she walked back the jumped on me and said she wanted to cuddle me. I went for a K-close and there was no resistance at all. Since this is a field report I won't go much in detail but at the end of the night I f-closed her.

Yesterday was a national holiday here in The Netherlands and 3 friends and I decided to go to a free festival half an hour from our hometown. The weather was amazing and we drank a couple of beers. I was really enjoying myself and almost forgot to sarge! Later that day my friends were dancing really crazy and I spotted a set with two HB6's staring at my friends. Since my back was towards the set I turned around and opened with: They both checked out my neck and said it wasn't burned at all.. I then continued the conversating by telling them in a sarcastic way that I wasn't with those guys (when pointing at my friends). One of the HB6's said that I got hang around with them (Major IOI). I asked her if her phone had any battery, she said yes why ? I told her to put my number in her phone because my phone was dead. She texted me later that night.

Later that day a set of HB6's opened me, since I was getting kinda drunk I started acting like an AFC and asked them what kind of work they did. They both where dietitian, when I pointed to the cake they had and made a cocky comment about that they were not a good example the started feeding me the cake LOL.. I had no idea if this was an IOI or not. So I decided to leave te set. The rest of the night I opened a couple of sets but nothing to special. I had a great day and we decided to go home and call it a night.


Questions:

How to handle a set with a cockblock, when you have an AFC friend as a wingman?
How to make sure there will be a day 2 after you F-closed a girl, since this girl doesn't want to see me anymore? (my guess is she was having buyers remorse)
How to react on something that is unpredictable, like those girls starting to feed me cake?

Day 3: first night out with someone I have met on this forum

Introduction

I have met a guy on the PUA forum who is also a college student and lives in the same city as I do. We got in touch on Facebook and decided to go out yesterday. A classmate of mine who I have been going out with a couple of times before also joined us. We drank a couple of beers at my place, we discussed our game with ouur weaknesses and strenghts. Around 0:00 we decided to go to a fancy bar were a couple of dj's played that night.


Summary:

My goal for this night was just to improve my overall game and learn how to open in a good way. I decided to take off the pressure and if I wouldn't k-close it was no big deal.

So the three of us arrived at the bar which was a 5 minute walk from my place. One of the guys said that he recognized a brunnette HB7 and he thought she lived nearby. I decided to open the set, she had a HB8 blonde friend with her. I asked them if they lived in Breda and they replied with a yes. After a couple of minutes the conversation was dead and the blonde HB8 said they had to leave. At least I opened my first set that night.

Half an hour later I saw a girl with a lot of bracelets, so I made a comment about why she needed so many bracelets. She gave me a couple of ioi's but I decided to leave and return to my friends. We decided to go to another bar but we just ordered 3 new beers.. The three of us killed the beers in a couple of seconds which was a terrible idea because me and my classmate both puked a couple of minutes afterwards, so stupid...

We went to the next bar and I saw a group of 6 or 7 really cute girls, I saw two of them cheking out each others nails so I joined them and asked how my nails looked like. I got a good response and one of the girls said she wanted to hug me. Since it was already 2:30 the group left 5 minutes later. Didn't get the chance to N-close. The bar was getting empty so we went to the first bar we visited that night because that bar was opened till 4:00.

We were getting pretty pretty drunk.. I know it is not good for my game, when I am drunk ity is very easy to tell by just looking me into the eye. I saw two HB8's hugging with each other in a kind off lesbian way. I opened with: They told me I didn't look gay and asked me why I asked them that question. I told them they looked lesbian and should kiss with each other. The started to fake kiss each other with their hands to cover their mouths so I couldn't see if they were really kissing.

The last set I opened had a cute HB8 brunette with beautiful eyes.. I made a compliment on her eyes but afterwars I gave more attention to her HB7 blonde friend. After a 15 minute conversation I asked for her number but she said she had a boyfriend. I got angry and told her to go to her boyfriend and stop bullshitting me. She said her boyfriend was on a holiday and that she didn't mind. I can't sarge girls who have a boyfriend, maybe I am too much of a goodguy..

Questions:

-How to keep a conversation flowing after you have opened succesfull?
-How to get a N-close in 5 minutes before a set leaves?
-How should I combine alcohol and sarging? Since sarging drunk is not very clever..

Day 4: Really starting to see results in opening sets.

Introduction:

An AFC friend of mine recently broke up with a girl he was dating, he had to travel 2,5 hours each time to mee her and he said he wasn't really getting feelings for this girl. I met him friday night at his place and we drank a couple of beers with his parents, who are in their 50's but still drink more than us. Really good people though. At 0:30 the two of us went to the same local bar as we visited on my field rapport from day 2.. I was hoping that there would be more sets to open this night than last week.

Summary:

This friday night we were quite early in the bar, but it was more crowded than last week. This night I only opened 1 set because my ex-gf was in the same bar and I didn't want to upset her by talking to every girl in the bar. I saw a very cute, tanned and tall blond HB9 she had a smaller pale friend with her which I would consider a HB7 at least. I opened by giving a compliment on her amazing tan and put my arm next to hers to compare and battle who was more tanned. She won. After 10 minutes I found out she was 17 and couldn't order alcohol. My AFC friend gave both girls some alcohol to drink. He is way too nice and didn't get any result by giving them drinks. I gave my phone to the HB9 and said she had to put her number in my contact list. Her last name was 'dobbelsteen' which is Dutch for the word ''dice' so she filled in Dice as her last name. I guess this was an IOI. I decided to give her a huge NEG because she was an HB9. I knew she was turning 18 in december so I said: Last saturday night there was a pre party for an anual festival originized in our home town. A band called 'The soul sister dance revolution' was playing that night in a bar. 3 friends of mine and i decided to go see the band. We were way to early, I guess it was 22:00 so we decided to play a game of 8-ball and snooker before we would go out. after an hour we went to the bar and it was getting crowded, there were a lot of older girls, most of them were in their late 20s.

The first girl I opened was an asian HB7 she had a red color in her dark hair so I made a comment on her hair. It turned out to be the red light from the band that caused the color.. Major mistake.. The next girl I opened was in my opinion almost a HB10, this girl was sooo hot.. I had no idea what to say as an opener, I saw she was wearing a watch so I asked what time it was, she replied very friendly and got closer to me because the watch was quite small and I couldn't see what time it was. This was such an AFC opener but at least I had the balls to open her. I walked away to go to the restroom. The third gilr I opened was a cute blonde HB7 with glasses, i made a comment on her glasses by asking if it was for show or she really needed those glasses. She gave me a vague answer, so I asked if I could put on the glasses. She let me put them on and I was seeing exactly the same as before so I shouted: They are just for show, you lied to me! The fourth girl was someone I already know but I haven't seen her in a year. She is a very social cool girl and a HB8 brunette. I got into a conversation with her and I found out that she was living and studying in the same city as me, was a coincidence! They conversation was just a friendly one, I was not really trying to game her. Just happy to see a nice person again after a year.

The band was done with playing and the night was almost over. I opned two more girls but nothing special.
I opened a HB7 which was looking at me a couple of times that night and an older girl who helped organising the festival, she had a crew shirt on. I opened the HB7 with: This is going to be awkward.. and I said she was really cute. She said thank you and there was an awkward silence. I made a joke to safe my self by telling her: I told you this was going to be awkward .. The girl who organised the festival suddenly changed her clothes and she was not wearing her crew shirt anymore. I opened with: you look really cute but you should have kept wearing the crew shirt. You looked better in that shirt.

The opening part is going pretty well and I am starting to develop my overall game. The hardest part so far is keeping a conversation with a girl for more than 5 minutes. I will post a new field repport soon, probably next friday if I go out again! I am also reading and watching a lot of videos that explain day-game, because I have a feeling that day-game will work better for me.

Day 5: Thursday night a total off day, managed to get a lucky k-close though. Friday night a date with a HB 8.5 and Saturday night managed to get a BJ from my HB7 date.

Introduction:

Thursday night out I went sarging with a fellow PUA who I have met one time before, he bought a bottle of Bacardi to make sure there would be something to drink if we would manage to invite girls to an afterparty.
In this field report I will also describe two dates, one date with a brunette HB 8.5 who is studying to become a Spanish teacher and a date with a blonde HB7 who I have met 4 weeks ago on a festival we also share a couple of common friends.

Summary:

At 10:00 pm a fellow PUA who lives in the same city as I do came to my place, last week we went out aswell but since we could pretty drunk that night we decided to take it slow. We drank 2 beers, talked about the game and set a couple of goals and rules for the night. I was looking forward to go out and improve my game so around 12:00 pm we decided to walk to the centre and we went to the first bar.

At the first bar I experienced for the first time since I got into the game really Big AA. I had no idea what caused it, I didn't really got into a flow like I do usually. My wing noticed this and gave me some good advice. After a couple of minutes I opened my first set, two HB 6's one blonde one brunette. I noticed they both had the same shoes as I do so I made opened with complimenting their shoes. We had a short friendly conversation but for some reason I was really nervous. I kept feeling the AA, so I suggested to go to another bar.

The other bar was more crowded and I spotted a cute blonde HB7 at the bar, I can't remember how I opened but we had a 10 minute conversation. I decided to go for a number close, which was way too fast and I got rejected. I have never mentioned this before but my biggest fear is rejection, when I get rejected I start to overthink and question what is wrong with me. It really lowers my self esteem.

I kept feeling this for the rest of the night, still tried to open a couple sets, but it was all downhill from the moment I got rejected. I really should learn how to deal with rejection and not give a shit...
I was very lucky though, because I spotted a HB6 who I f-closed a year ago and never messaged her again. I knew that hooking up with her would make me feel better and get over the rejection. After a nice conversation I asked her to go with me to my place, at first the didn't want to because she felt like I was using her for sex. But after a 5 minute speech she decided to go with me to my place. Once we got home I got a very easy k-close but she wouldn't let me go further than kissing... I would do the same if I was in her position. She said that I could come to her place next time because we have more privacy there (I have got 4 roommates). I don't think I will meet up with her, even though I am 100 % sure she wants sex. This girl is a little chubby, has a cute face but is very very annoying..

I had a date with a HB 8.5 friday night in a city that's 30 minutes from where I live. At first I didn't want to go and it got to a point where I wanted to cancel the date, because of what happened then night before. My confidence was a bit lower than usual. I decided to just go there and have a good night with this girl and just go with the flow. I met her at the train station, we walked to the centre and ordered drinks. This girl was very dominant and was acting like she was the leader. I was thinking how to turn this around to make me the leader again. I gave her a couple of NEGs and started to notice the more I was an ass the more IOIs she gave me. After 2 hours I had to catch my last train home, I said goodbye to her and we made plans for a second date. She said she really felt a connection and she had a good time. I found out that she had recently broke up with her 4 year relationship and this is the only guy she has ever slept with. This girl might be hard-to-get but I like a challenge! I told her that I had dated a co-worker of hers, when she got home she SPAM me a picture of her meeting the co-worker that night, what a coincidence... The co-worked and I had sex, she started to warn the HB 8.5 that she shouldn't date me anymore.. I hope she will not listen to this cockblock bullshit.

Once I got out of the train a friend of mine called me to go out with a couple of friends. I walked to his place, they where mad a me because I went on a date instead of hanging around with them. One AFC guy said Another friend of mine made a perfect comment which I should remember the next time someone comes up with this cliché, he said: After half an hour we went to the bar. Another coincidence happened to me that night, the 17-year old HB 9 from last week was there. I ignored her, but she was drunk and started to grind me, she kept touching me, since she was 17 and drunk I didn't want to k-close this girl. All my friends kept saying I should just kiss her and take her home, but i just couldn't. There is still a good guy inside of me, who I was before I started this journey. The next morning she SPAM me and said she was sorry for her behaviour. Next time I see her I will just take this girl home and stop being a good guy.

All right, the final part of this field report. My saturday night date with the blonde HB7, this girl has an amazing ass but is very shy. This girl also recently broke up with her bf and wants to take it slow. Why does this keep happening to me??? She was very shy at first, but after a while she was very talk active and shared a lot of cool stores with me. I really like this girl for her personality and she looks good aswell, so I was really enjoying myself that night. After a couple of drinks I suggested that we could get to my place, she agreed. When we got at my place I went for the k-close, she was not a very good kisser. I gave her a massage and I wanted to go to 2nd base. She showed major LMR.... and kept repeating taht she is not an easy girl.. I used some material about LMR which I have seen in a video last week. Day 6: Time to improve my game and my innergame/mindset!

Goals:

Go out sarging sober the whole night
Open at least 5 sets while being sober 5/5

Goals for this month to improve mindset/inner game

One month no mastrubation, to improve sexual energy
Do a 15 min. ab workout each morning for the upcoming summer
Eath healthy, workout at least 2 days a weak

Introduction:

My wing Wallie and I decided to go out sober, this was a perect chance to get over AA issues and improve my overall game. Even though I didn't get a k-close like last time I feel more satisfied writing this because sarging total sober is way harder and because of this I learnt a lot, even got rid of my AA. I hope it will be for good..

In my opinion the best advice on this topic I have watched so far.. As I am writing this I am waiting for last weeks HB7 who gave me an amazing BJ to come over to my place. I hope to get an amazing BJ again or even more.. I'll see this as my reward for my first week without mastrubation.

I downloaden an app that has a training programme for great six-pack abs. It warns me and motivates me every morning to do my workout. I'll keep you updated on the results of this training programme.

Summary:

Let's start with thursday night out. Whole night sober!! Even though it was not easy I managed to not drink a single glass of alcohol the whole night. I wanted to approach and seduce on my own strenght without the help of alcohol, and man... it was so hard. I didn't get close to anything worth mentioning. I opened a couple of sets which was a huge step for me sober and I learnt a lot actually this night. So overall I am happy and satisfied, also happy for my wing who managed to get a k-close.

This wednesday I have party at a classmates house, this girl has a lot of cute friends. I know because I have been to one of her parties before. Really looking forward to it. Thursday I am invited to my wing's bbq and we'll go out with a big group later that night. The girl who he k-closed will also be there and she will bring a friend, I saw a picture of her and even though she is young (18 years) she looks really cute. I'll give you guys an update later this week how these two nights went.

Questions:

Even though this was my shortest field report so far I learnt a lot, got some questions in my mind..

- How to improve my inner game? I am already working out a half year now and it makes me feel good and keeps me in shape, but there has to be more?

- Any tips how to continue with no mastrubation? I really start to feel the difference so I really want to stick with it.

Hey man first off- great material, i've started checking into this thread regularly to see what i could learn

Now to answer your questions...

Hypnosis and lifting have helped me wonders, take what sort of body you have and learn how to make the best out of whatever you have. Combine strength and hypertrophy training to gain muscle mass and then incorporate some HITT training to get rid of any extra fat. Write the workouts in advanced so that you have a plan, and DO NOT forget to train legs

As far as masturbation, what i did when trying to avoid is to stimulate it until it is swollen and then stop before you climax, it will keep you dick "in shape" if you will, and also there are exercises you could do to improve on thickness and length, this will not only help in the bedroom but also in your confidence.
