Just signed up the other day, keen to get chatting with everyone and hopefully making some new mates.

A bit about myself, I'm twenty-four years old and from Melbourne, Australia. I'm at an average skill level when it comes to getting drunk and meeting girls in bars, but these are usually short term flings and rarely eventuate into anything.

I like nerd/hipster girls and often try to portray myself as something of a Bon Vivant, as I already have an interest in things like art, fashion, music, fine wines and beers, etc.

I am good at gaining the short term interest of some really high quality women as I consider myself quite good looking and always try to be as we'll dressed as possible. Unfortunately though I have Aspergers and often come across as quite awkward when interacting with these girls, which usually leads to them still wanting to stay in contact with me and hang out, but only as a member of the friend zone unfortunately, which has led to a led to a lot of pain and heartache in the past.

Out of this group I'm looking to gain a bit more knowledge in how to communicate with girls in a manner that favours what I'm looking for, and to convert these friendships into real relationships, and to use my eccentricities as a positive rather than a negative if possible.

It would be great to make some new friends in this community as we'll, I've been reading posts for a while and the people on here seem pretty cool.
