Hey Mate I'm gonna say don't do it. If you were in a non exclusive relationship I'd say go for it, but you know if you hit the mom it will get back to your gf and she'll be hurt so if you nail the mom knowing what you know it shows you don't care about your gf or her feelings. If you nail the mom she'll most likely find out and be hurt and you broke the main rule of being a player. I don't know how you and your gf are so I'm just assuming she's ok with it. Because if she's not, there is almost no chance of you banging her friends mom or her friend without her catching wind.
