My questions are these how to I successfully kino escalate to get laid. And build a potential relationship with her.

It sounds like it has the potential to get quite messy. In any case, just play it cool and treat her like any other mate. And if that works, move onto treating her like a close male friend (physical contact and all). And if she's ok with that, you could probably make a start on her face/hair. And if you can kiss her, you're probably in.

Just keep it a FwB whilst not being needy/clingy and also slightly SLIGHTLY demonstrating that other girls find you attractive/want to hang out with you. Thus she'll want to claim her territory and give you the boyfriend aka "fuck off girls, he's mine" label.
