I am attractive and fairly fit. (been told)

I was at the gym about a month ago waiting to speak to guy at desk.
While i was waiting a Zumba class came out of room and i spotted this Beautiful girl, but did not do anything as i looked fairly scruffy and was there to train.
I looked once more and i noticed she was looking at me eye contact and smiling.
After being out of town for a few weeks she was still on my mind and asked the guy which class was on at the time she finished and planned to see her again.
At exactly the same time a couple of days ago, i pretended to be on the phone as she walked past, again she gave eye contact and smiled which i acknowledged back.

1. Is she into me?
2. How can i approach her without looking as if i waiting for her to come of fitness class?

1) doesn't necessarily, but good chances she tries to attract you, smile defined as showing that we don't pose a threat, that we are friendly, also there are few stages of smile, you can try to see how often she smiles to people if you want.
2) it made me smile for few seconds how the hell we suppose to know , she isn't stupid she saw you twice after zumba lesson on the exact same point, 3rd time might be too obvious, not mention 4th and 5th, you got to approach speak and close number.

Hey man, sounds like you have fun problem on your hands, lol. I'll bet she's into you, but is just shy. Thing is, it's tough to know for sure without all the details. Sounds like she showed enough interest to approach.

I'm pretty sure she's into me with the intense eye contact I got from he, but I'm still stuck.
How do I meet her without seeming desperate or intentional?
