I tried mocking her by calling her "dude". F.i. I said to this soccer girl: "Awesome dude, let's have some beers and watch the fucking game, wanna join? Aah, c'mon don't be a fag".

I don't even talk to my male friends like this. So even though I exaggerated it she didn't get the humour and what is more didn't change into a more submissive frame.

How to put a masculine girl into a submissive frame to be able to seduce her? Or can you seduce women, who are not submissive(how?)?

You have the right idea, but you're not executing properly IMO. You seem to be making the statements in a joking manner (Beta), so it can be easily tossed to the side as something of no importance. You need to be more direct. Be Alpha. Make a statement, assumption, comment, or ask a question that she may be taken aback by which will in turn cause her to try to prove you wrong.

Examples, please.

This one chick had a thing for me, but I didn't like the way she dressed. She was way too sporty for my tastes, so one day I tell her, "You dress like a boy", as she was wearing a polo shirt and jeans. As rude as it may have been, I basically told her that I prefer a more feminine woman without saying those precise words. So what happened the next time we met? She's dressed up all girly and asks, "Do I still dress like a boy?"

I haven't met too many masculine girls to give more specific examples, so I'll give you another example of the same concept but with a girl that is acting too girly/not interested in my dude/geek stuff. So a new Marvel movie was coming out and I mentioned it in a conversation. She seemed uninterested, so I slide in "... but you wouldn't know anything about that, all you know is Barbie." Cue gasp... and it's a date.
