So every time I open a set I can't seem to get the target attracted to me. I start off with a generic opener like the dental floss one or the jealous girlfriend and be sure to throw a neg at my target in the process. But the part that I' am having difficulty with is my dhving. My routines consist of C vs. U smiles, Best Friends Test, ESP routine, and a mind suppression trick. I get the weirdest responses when I do these, it's either that person is intrigued or they just have a wtf look on their face. Whats worse is that the obstacle is the one that gives me IOIs all the time. I could also use advice on isolating since that seems to be a major sticking point of mine. How can I improve my dhving and build good attraction with my target. These are all college parties in which I'am sarging just so you know in case that helps. Some sets I get girls drooling over me while others I fail flat out. I don't understand why I cannot remain consistent. Let me know what you guys think I could do better or if I m doing something wrong. Thanks guys.

Ya I suffer from the same problem...I normally sarge at clubs and lets say I open 8 sets its usually 4-3 sets who show great interest and I can easily escalate while the others are more like tagging along or just being nice..and I can feel that they are not that interested. I read somewhere that you can't get them all and its ok if you fall flat at some sets, but honestly 3 out of 8 seems like a shit ratio and even if I cant build attraction at least I should be able to build interest

I tried changing my approaches and drop the canned material and out of 5 sets I got luck with only 1..it was a lay and I felt really happy, but then the next day I was thinking about it and it also felt like a shit ration..I mean compared to the canned material the responses were shit..so any advice would be great

You say the obstacle is giving you IOIs.

Are you initially engaging the obstacle while negging the target? If the obstacle does start to IOI then on the bright side she sees you as a high value guy, try to get the target to follow her lead and when she does reward her with IOIs and then slowly begin to ignore the target(but not annoy her too much because at some stage you will need extract the target wand will probably need her permission if it's a 2 set).

Then regarding consistency, if the set has hooked try changing the conversational topics around until you find one that clicks because obviously different topics will interest different people. The ones that do hook for you are probably just because the opener you ran and the interests of the group synced up.

If it doesn't hook after the opener then I'll leave it to you to gauge the vibe of the group and figure out whether or not to try a different opener or just open another set.
