I am asking myself a question after going out tonight and hope you guys can give me some help:

I was in a bar and there was this really cute waitress. Unfortunately she wasnt serving me and my friends in which case i knew how to approach her with something like "You wanna get me drunk or why are you coming here every 2 minutes".

But I had no good thought on how to approach the waitress who was pretty busy serving other people even though she give me an IOI looking for 2-3 seconds in my eyes. She had a large tatoo and a really special har cut but i thought to open with a thing about this is really beta/boring because it is something everybody is noticing.

Maybe you guys can give me some really good 1on1 openers for girls or maybe some special ones for this situation with a busy waitress who is not serving you.

Approach the 'other' waitress and ask her to get you a drink refill or order something with her to tell your server.

Then transition...me and my friends were talking about you (Create interest)....and say something
1) A girl like you has to have a boyfriend (if she doesn't, she'll tell you, if she's interested).
2) I had to let you know how cute you are...
3) Do you know anything about algebra I'm having a hard time in school.
etc
Just say something...to indicate your interest and to force her to make and indicator of interest on her part.

If conversation continues...transition again.
"What are you doing after work?
Got big plans this weekend?
Etc

The thing that helped me the most is get the psychological principle behind the actions. Then use words, phrases, ideas that are congruent to your personality
